DESCRIPTION:Our comprehensive 10-week antenatal course aims to educate pregnant moms on their health during pregnancy and prepare them for labor and childbirth.\n\nWe conduct classes in various locations\, including Retreat\, Steenberg\, Lavender Hill\, Capricorn Park\, Gugulethu\, Hout Bay\, Mitchell’s Plain\, and Mowbray Maternity Hospital.\n\n\nWe also offer specialized classes for teenagers\, with a new program soon to be available in Mitchell’s Plain. Additionally\, food is provided during the classes to ensure the well-being of the attendees.
